About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our Fulfilment Centre associates, providing exceptional internal customer service, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees across a broad range of human resources, benefits, and payroll topics.
  • Manage cases, projects, and partner relationships with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Ensure that employee documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for customers, escalating as appropriate.
  • Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members.
  • Create and distribute standard communications.
  • Audit and analyse key findings.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop suggestions for improvements to maximise value of resources.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of human resources experience.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Experience in confidential environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of human resources experience.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
