  • Demonstrated experience in strategic business partnership, successfully aligning HR initiatives with organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic business partnering: Partner with senior leaders to craft and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Leadership coaching: Champion continuous learning by identifying capability needs and facilitating targeted coaching and educational workshops.
  • HR knowledge enhancement: Continuously develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Employee relations: Provide proactive and trusted advice on employee and industrial relations.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners in other functions to provide integrated strategic solutions.
