About the Role:

Full-time, ongoing opportunity exists in School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) coaching team.

SWPBS is an evidence-based framework for schools to implement that support students in achieving behavioural, social and academic outcomes.

The successful applicant will have knowledge and experience in implementing school improvement frameworks or programs that support student wellbeing and learning.

Promoting effective teamwork and supporting whole-school change initiatives are essential aspects of this role.

This position requires frequent travel to schools and offices. A Victorian driver's licence is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with schools and other regional staff to support effective school improvement.
  • Implement multi-tiered systems of support and evaluate progress using valid and reliable tools.
  • Facilitate action planning with school-based teams to promote positive behaviour.
Qualifications and Experience:

elevant tertiary qualification in a discipline relevant to the implementation of evidence-based school practices.

Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency OR Registration with Victorian Institute of Teaching is desirable.

Other Requirements:
  • Frequent travel to schools and offices is required.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is necessary for this role.
