Job Description

The role of Program Change Lead involves driving change within a student CRM (Salesforce) platform implementation program. This position is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in Macquarie University's digital transformation.

You will report directly to the Program Manager and develop and coordinate delivery of the change strategy to implement a new, consolidated, and secure student CRM platform that will allow effective connection to support students throughout their education.

Digital Transformation is one of the six fundamental commitments of the Macquarie University Operating Plan: to embrace emerging technologies to better connect, engage, and collaborate. The core focus of the University's digital transformation strategy is enabling the objectives of Students First through five key focus areas, seeking to drive excellent experiences and outcomes in every dimension of students' interactions with the University.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate delivery of the change strategy
  • Implement a new, consolidated, and secure student CRM platform
  • Drive effective models for strategic initiatives across the portfolio

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Accreditation in Prosci or a similar change management methodology
  • Deep experience with change management practices and frameworks
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record in planning organisation-wide strategic change management initiatives
Benefits
  • 148,488 to $174,739 plus 17% employer's superannuation contribution and annual leave loading
  • FTC Full Time Role- (Hybrid Working) Until December 2026
  • Based at Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde
