The Role:

As a highly motivated and proactive sales account manager, you will thrive in this dynamic role. You will have a history of B2B sales and must be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, motivation, and reliability. Your strong customer service values are essential, and an eye for detail is paramount.

You will need to be able to concurrently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is an exciting and diverse role, focused on relationship management and the development of your client portfolio across various industries.

With a solid history in account management and B2B sales within the packaging industry, you will:

  • Be responsible for the sales and relevant reporting for the allocated customer base.
  • Drive above-budget results through identifying new business opportunities and growing and retaining current customers.
  • Liaise with all relevant departments to drive mutually profitable outcomes.

You will succeed in this role if:

You have solid previous experience as an account manager ideally within the packaging industry and be:

  • Technically savvy, able to work with spreadsheets and the entire MS office package.
  • Able to build rapport with personnel at all levels, building relationships will be key for success in this role.
  • Able to be a clear and confident communicator, positively influencing outcomes to achieve outstanding results for both your customer and Visy.

Comfortable with regional business travel as required and flexibility to work at various offices around Melbourne.
