Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Employee to provide individualized care and support to our clients in the Bateau Bay area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and remotely, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.

The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per fortnight, covering various shifts between 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Home Care Employee, you will be responsible for providing a range of services including:

  • Personal care, such as bathing, showering and grooming
  • Domestic assistance, including light household cleaning and meal preparation
  • Transportation and accompaniment, including shopping trips and medical appointments
  • Social support and activities, including outings and social events

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or equivalent qualifications
  • Compassionate interpersonal skills and empathy towards older people
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
