Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Functional Architect to lead functional area implementations and provide expert guidance on Workday solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership on multiple, concurrent Workday functional area implementations.
  • Oversee functional area architect workshops and client confirmation sessions.
  • Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice for engagement managers and leads.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution in all functional areas.
  • Help teams understand and adhere to methodology and provide feedback to support continuous enhancement of tools and processes.
  • Cultivate cohesive structures and project communications for cross-functional delivery between areas.
  • Support the sales team by estimating projects and participating in sales orals meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current Workday certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Certified in at least two subspecialties in addition to their area.
  • Completed three full lifecycle Workday implementations.
  • Led at least two Workday implementations.
