The Opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for the region of Mackay / Rockhampton.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Engage & Develop exceptional Customer Relationships
  • Build effective, productive relationships with target customers through understanding their needs, proactively solving their problems, and identifying areas to grow their basket with us.
  • Ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
About You:

You are highly engaging with a passion for providing solutions and service, and will have a demonstrated and successful track record in the development of business or account management across parts and equipment.

  • Comfortable acquiring new accounts, strong communication and negotiation skills will hold you in good stead along with your team focussed attitude and passion to be the best.
  • Experience using CRM systems, valid Australian driver's licence required.
  • A passion for all things automotive.
