This position is part of a dynamic team in a 205-room hotel situated at the heart of Elizabeth Quay development, offering breathtaking waterfront views. Our hotel boasts world-class amenities, including four distinctive restaurants and bars, a Fitness Centre, and an open-roof courtyard with tropical gardens.

Requirements
  • Complete opening and closing duties, encompassing storage of all reusable goods, breakdown of goods, cleaning of all equipment and areas, return of equipment to designated locations, locking of refrigerators, restocking of items, switching off lights, securing doors, and completion of daily cleaning checklists.
  • Establish, stock, and maintain workstations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the cleanliness and presentation of all tableware prior to use.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout the day by adhering to clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
