We are seeking a Parts Delivery Specialist to join our team at Warwick Farm Dealerships.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organization skills, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers.

This role involves interacting with customers on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our company's services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver parts as scheduled
  • Verify accuracy of customer details on delivery sheets
  • Inspect parts received by customers for saleability
  • Inform customers about company services and facilities
  • Confirm all parts on invoices are received by customers
  • Encourage customers to purchase other franchise parts from our group
  • Assist with picking parts within the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and regularly check fluid levels
  • Obtain customer signature on delivery documents

Requirements:
  • Current NSW driver's license
