We are seeking a friendly and warm Food & Beverage professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive culture, where you can grow as you learn new things and be rewarded through the joy of helping others.
The OpportunityYou will enjoy working in a friendly hospitality environment to deliver high-quality meals and service to residents in a retirement village. As a great communicator with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service, you will support the residents whilst providing a happy social environment.
This is a casual role, helping our team on an ad-hoc basis with covering leave or when we need an extra pair of hands. Availability on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11-7pm is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to restaurant guests
- Assist with the delivery, serving and payment of food & beverages
- Assist in the kitchen with light kitchen preparation
- Assist with set-up, pack-down and cleaning post service
- Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A friendly and warm persona with experience in cafes, kitchens, restaurants or any other customer service environment
- Full working rights (no working holiday visas)
- Current Police check
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations
