About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance/Grounds Officer to join our team at Regis Corinthian Court Retirement Village on a full-time basis. The role will encompass a combination of maintenance and grounds work, with a focus on ensuring the village remains a safe and pleasant environment for our residents.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Maintenance of units and common areas within the village
  • Grounds upkeep and upkeep of gardens and other external areas
  • Equipment and plant monitoring to prevent any potential issues
  • Coordination of the Maintenance program to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Preventative and corrective maintenance duties across the village
  • Timely reporting of any issues or concerns

Skills and Experience



  • Exceptional maintenance and handyperson skills with experience in a similar setting
  • Current police clearance and NDIS worker screening clearance
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Occupational Health and Safety knowledge
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
