General Practice Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practice Liaison Officer to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our general practice training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
- Support medical education: module curation, updates, and additions. Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organisations relating to the educational materials. Revise and update any guides, training material relevant to the learning units. Participate in the updating and evaluation of learning resources.
- Provide day-to-day support relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
- Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
We are looking for an individual with experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development, who has exposure to the development of educational content. You will have strong communication and advocacy skills, a passion for assisting registrars and GP training, and a good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program.
