General Practice Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practice Liaison Officer to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality general practice training and education programs.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
- Support medical education: module curation, updates, and additions. Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organisations relating to the educational materials. Revise and update any guides, training material relevant to the learning units. Participate in the updating and evaluation of learning resources.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to GP registrars and other stakeholders on medical education aspects of the program.
- Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of general practice performance assessment and education/training development, as well as experience in the general practice environment. You will also have excellent communication and advocacy skills, a passion for assisting registrars and GP training, and a good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program.
