About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional fault-finding/troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills, and have a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate fill and pack production lines
  • Process equipment (e.g., pasteurisation & mix plants)
  • Manage store rooms and conduct stocktaking for multiple SKU's
  • Operate forklifts
  • Maintain a high level of quality and safety in all aspects of production
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in dairy manufacturing or a related field
  • Excellent fault-finding/troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
  • Solid numeracy and literacy skills
