**About this Opportunity**

We require a team oriented, self-motivated employee who is able to work varying types of shift work and overtime as required.

**You will have**:

- Essential:_
- Excellent communication skills including good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good level of mechanical aptitude.
- Be able to follow procedures and undertake quality checks.
- Ability to perform labour intensive and repetitive tasks.
- Be a team player.
- Strong focus on quality and hygiene.
- Motivated to learn and develop skills.
- Strong focus towards safety and Lactalis Values and Behaviours.
- Reliable transport and drivers licence.
- Highly Desirable:_
- Previous experience in machine and/or process operation.
- Pasteuriser experience would be beneficial
- Experience in a dairy food manufacturing environment.
- High level of attention to detail, good at fault finding/trouble shooting skills.
- Understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
