Kogan.com is a pioneering e-commerce business, recognized for its dynamic and rapidly growing environment. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's technological future.

The successful candidate will oversee six cross-functional squads across web, data, mobile, and order fulfillment. With direct reports, they will focus on balancing fast delivery with solid engineering foundations, collaborating closely with product and delivery teams to create exceptional customer experiences.

This is an opportunity to drive key technical decisions, from architecture and tooling to best practices and scaling strategies. You will cultivate a high-performance culture that empowers teams to own their work, move with clarity, and deliver real impact.

Balancing business priorities with team growth, you will ensure delivery stays sharp.

**Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural vision and engineering execution of the e-commerce platform, driving scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with engineers, understanding technical decisions, and advocating for technical excellence in strategic discussions.
  • Drive AI adoption and experimentation across engineering teams to unlock smarter, faster ways of working.
  • Partner closely with product and delivery teams to prioritize, ship, and iterate quickly.
  • Oversee cost optimization efforts, driving smarter decisions across systems, resourcing, and architecture.
