  • Engaging Stakeholders and Consultants
  • Design Management and Coordination
  • Procurement and Contract Administration
  • Program Management and Oversight
  • Contractor Management and Coordination
  • Client Management and Reporting
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Around 3-5 years of Construction Project Management experience
  • Degree qualification relating to either Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
  • A strong understanding of the construction process at both design and delivery ends of the spectrum
  • Social Infrastructure experience preferred
  • A driven individual who can work autonomously with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the project team
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure on complex projects;
  • Strong communication skills (formal & informal) with a positive attitude
