We are seeking an Assistant Human Resources Consultant to join our People & Culture department.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering timely and high-quality HR advice and consultancy to a designated site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Classification Management: Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure accurate classification of roles and development of classification guidelines.
  • Industrial Relations: Provide support in resolving workplace disputes and negotiations with employee unions.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.
  • Organizational Development: Contribute to the development of organizational strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Employee Redeployment: Assist in the development and implementation of redeployment strategies to support employees transitioning to new roles.
