**Role Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced early childhood educator to lead our kindergarten team. As a key member of our educational services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality education programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Job Description:
This is a permanent position in our Early Learning department, working 76 hours per fortnight. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators in the preparation, implementation, and reflection of the curriculum cycle for individual and groups of children. Your role requires a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to implement a developmentally based curriculum that meets the needs of children.
  • Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A working understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and implementation.
