We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Disability Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

  • Deliver person-centred care to people with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities
  • Provide personal care assistance
  • Engage in active overnight support
  • Assist with daily tasks
  • Facilitate community participation
  • Offer behavioural support when required

Roster Options

Two roster options are available:

  • Roster 1: 43 hours/fortnight
  • Roster 2: 45 hours/fortnight

Roster Details

  • Week 1 (Roster 1): Monday & Tuesday - 10 PM - 6 AM, Friday - 3 PM - 10 PM
  • Week 2 (Roster 1): Tuesday - 9 AM - 1 PM, Wednesday & Thursday - 10 PM - 6 AM
  • Week 1 (Roster 2): Monday - 9 AM - 1 PM & 1 PM - 2 PM, Wednesday & Thursday - 10 PM - 6 AM
  • Week 2 (Roster 2): Monday & Tuesday - 10 PM - 6 AM, Friday - 2 PM - 10 PM

About You

  • Exemplify a positive and caring attitude
  • Demonstrate flexibility with early starts and overnight shifts
  • Able to start at 9 AM if required

Requirements

  • Hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • A current driver's license
  • Experience is an asset, but not essential
