Succeed in this dynamic role by leveraging your unique strengths and experiences to build a business within a prestigious organization. As a Private Wealth Advisor, you will work closely with a team to identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting existing client relationships.
The New Private Wealth Advisor (NPWA) Development Framework provides comprehensive training and expertise to enable you to succeed in this demanding yet rewarding position. You will be expected to acquire the skills necessary to build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, develop a robust network of intermediaries, and create customized asset allocation strategies to meet their needs.
This challenging and exciting role requires a strong ability to work autonomously, think creatively, and solve complex problems. If you are a driven individual with a passion for finance and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your unique background and experiences to build a business within the organization
- Work closely with a team to source and develop new business opportunities, as well as support existing client relationships
- Acquire specialized expertise within the team through comprehensive training and development programs
- Develop strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, and build a robust network of intermediaries
- Create customized asset allocation strategies to meet the needs of high net worth individuals and families, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and select institutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Prior sales, fundraising business development or investing experience a plus, but not required
