Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our commercially orientated project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of innovative projects across our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, coupled with experience in project management for the design and construction of infrastructure projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure approvals are obtained for the design and delivery of efficient and cost-effective infrastructure.

  • Supporting the project team in the initiation, planning, execution, and completion of the full delivery cycle of a program of projects and/or major projects.
  • Preparing, tendering, executing, and managing professional service engineering briefs to manage risks and meet quality and standards required.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure approvals are obtained for the design and delivery of efficient and cost-effective infrastructure.
  • Managing the complete tender process for low-risk projects to optimize contract value award.
  • Providing monthly reports on project, schedule, and financial progress.

  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline coupled with experience in project management.
  • Previous experience in STP's, water and/or wastewater industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and research experience.
  • A strong focus on safety, our number one priority.
