Job Title: Finance Business Partner

The Role:

The Finance Business Partner will support key stakeholders in providing financial insights to shape strategy and drive performance while maintaining financial integrity.

  • Assist in monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, commentary, and KPI tracking
  • Develop management reports for new initiatives and changes in business requirements
  • Provide tools to support revenue generation and cost efficiency improvement
  • Review quarterly forecasts and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy
  • Generate cost centre and business unit reports for managers and BU heads
  • Work with accountants and cost centre owners to ensure accurate coding and budget alignment
  • Facilitate divisional FC reviews of month-end financial results

Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need tertiary qualifications (ACA/CPA) and demonstrated experience in business partnering. You'll also possess excellent communication skills, able to deliver financial advice to non-financial stakeholders.
