Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance transactions including debt, equity, and hybrid structures.">
  3. Develop financial models to assess project viability, risk, and return.">
  4. Manage relationships with banks, investors, development finance institutions, and other funding partners.">
  5. Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, technical, and commercial advisors.">
  6. Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company objectives.">
  7. Ensure compliance with financing agreements and covenants.">
  8. Maintain strong financial control, statutory reporting, and risk management frameworks.">
  9. Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.">
  10. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.">
  11. Support corporate growth initiatives.">

Requirements:
