A career-defining opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment and Human Resources Administrator to join a dynamic team. This role will see you manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates aligns to the cultural and skill-set expectations.

Your new role will involve:

  • Recruitment: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, complete new employee checklists, and facilitate a thorough induction process. Provide continuous support to new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Offboarding: Oversee the end-of-employment process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees and their managers.
  • HR Support: Assist with general administration tasks, including diary management, meeting room preparation, and reception relief. Support HR initiatives and maintain confidential personnel files.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, service delivery focus, confidentiality, time management, professional presentation, self-starting capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
