Job Description:

NXTGIG is a dynamic organization seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to streamline our HR operations and support the overall employee experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating recruitment efforts, managing personnel files, and assisting with various human resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Coordination: Assist with posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Onboarding Facilitation: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by maintaining accurate records and facilitating compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain confidential and up-to-date employee records while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • HR Project Support: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Employee Engagement and Training: Coordinate and organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other related events to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • 1-3 Years of HR Experience: Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role, with strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS Systems: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and perform administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
