Workday Integration Expert

The Workday Integration Expert will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams. This key position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to solve complex Workday intersystem problems.

Responsibilities
  • Drive efficient completion of projects by driving, organizing and assigning tasks within a project workstream.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements.
  • Engage with clients throughout all phases of the project, ensuring seamless transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, maintaining open communication with the client, project team and Engagement Manager regarding changes or progress.
  • Display hands-on expertise of software including data loading, configuration and security setup.
  • Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates.
  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of consulting experience in a similar field.
  • Desirable certifications include Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM and Workday CCTPTM.
  • Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML).
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Superior detail orientation, organization and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding Excel skills.
