Lead Audio Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Audio Visual Designer to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading the design of audio visual systems on complex building projects, ensuring they are coordinated, future-ready and meet client expectations.

Your expertise will be utilised to deliver efficient, user-focused and technically robust systems from concept through to construction.

You will work closely with clients, architects, builders and consultants to achieve project delivery across a variety of sectors.

About You
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in audio visual design within the building services or technology consulting sector, with a proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale projects.
  • You have in-depth technical knowledge of AV systems design, integration standards, relevant codes and emerging industry technologies.
  • You're confident delivering projects independently, while coordinating with other disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and ICT.
  • You have a strong portfolio of work across sectors like commercial, healthcare, education and residential.
  • You're passionate about technology innovation and experienced in integrating user experience, accessibility and sustainable solutions into your designs.
  • You're known for your clear communication, practical problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification and are registered (or eligible for registration) as a professional engineer or consultant.
  • You have experience with AutoCAD.
