Are you looking for a dynamic Property Management role in a vibrant and social team?

This position offers a flexible work setup with one day of work from home once you're established in the role and ample support to effectively manage your portfolio.

We are seeking a friendly, social, and a team player who enjoys a lively work environment.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of Property Management experience, own car is essential and current Real Estate Certificate is a must.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing 120-160 properties, working with properties in the local area and using Property Tree and Inspection Express software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of 120-160 properties
  • Work with properties in the local area
  • Use Property Tree and Inspection Express software

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of Property Management experience
  • Own car is essential
  • Current Real Estate Certificate is a must

**What We Offer:**

  • $80,000 - $85,000 per year plus superannuation
  • Annual KPI bonus of $2,000
  • VA support for all admin tasks and routine support
