Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001) for multiple contracts.
- Manage and maintain work health and safety management systems (WHSMS).
- Ensure compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and risk regulations.
- Lead audit programs for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on quality and safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in quality management or WHSMS.
- Experience in regulated industries (aviation, defence, mining, oil and gas or offshore).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, engineering, and subcontractor levels.
- Australian citizenship (mandatory for Defence clearance).
