We are Compliance & Risk Management Recruitment, a leading provider of recruitment services to the defence industry. We help organisations find top talent to fill critical roles, ensuring compliance and safety across all aspects of their operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001) for multiple contracts.
  • Manage and maintain work health and safety management systems (WHSMS).
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and risk regulations.
  • Lead audit programs for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on quality and safety initiatives.

Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in quality management or WHSMS.
  • Experience in regulated industries (aviation, defence, mining, oil and gas or offshore).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, engineering, and subcontractor levels.
  • Australian citizenship (mandatory for Defence clearance).
