Director of Operations

As a motivated and experienced team member, you will play a key role in our centre. This varied role combines leadership responsibilities with administrative and reception support.
Your primary duties will include:
- Supporting the Director in achieving centre goals
- Providing administrative assistance including data entry, record keeping and communication
- Liaising with families, staff and external partners
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
