Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at YMCA WA's Bunbury Early Learning Centre.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our children, supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a sense of community and belonging
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our Early Learning Centre

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience in developing and implementing educational programs
  • HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children check
  • Previous experience working in an Early Learning Centre (desirable)
