About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart East Bunbury. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and fostering a love of learning in them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and work collaboratively with them to ensure their child's sense of belonging and well-being.
  • Mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and contribute to the development of centre-wide policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to ensure optimal outcomes for children and continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current WA Teachers Registration.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
