Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide professional administration and management support to our Council. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative support to achieve organisational objectives, provide consistent quality customer service, and facilitate communication and collaboration between the community and Council.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in administration and secretarial roles. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be highly organised and efficient with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive level administrative support to senior executives
