  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality diagnostic and consultation services to meet patient needs.
  • Shape the future of anatomical pathology by designing strategic frameworks and implementing change initiatives.
  • Supervise and support registrars, fostering their growth and ensuring professional development.

About You:

  • Demonstrated expertise in anatomical pathology, with a strong understanding of contemporary practices and methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to conduct relevant training, teaching, research, investigation, analysis, and management tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A medical qualification and tertiary degree in anatomical pathology (FRCPA or equivalent).
  • Mandatory requirement: fellows of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia or equivalent.
