The successful candidate will be responsible for driving listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. A market competitive remuneration package is available, with flexibility in the structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history.

About the Role

• List, market, and sell properties to achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising.
• Built and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.
• Participate in branch business development programs to maximize promotional opportunities.
• Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Elders team to provide innovative solutions for clients.

About You

• Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences.
• Hold a Real Estate license and a current driver's licence.
• Have sound real estate marketing skills and excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Able to appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties.

What We Offer

• A market-competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
