Major Research Initiatives Professional

The successful candidate will oversee the application, submission, central administration and management of large-scale grants. They will collaborate with faculties and institutes to develop competitive major grant applications by providing strategic guidance on all aspects of an application.
Responsibilities include reviewing and providing feedback on major grant proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy and compliance with grant award guidelines. Additionally, the candidate will evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our research initiatives processes by staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in research funding, proposal development and grant management.
To be considered for this position, you should have a degree and relevant experience, or extensive experience and specialist knowledge in technical or administrative fields. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
