This role offers the opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Officer, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our shopping centres by providing exceptional customer service and support through positive and maintained relationships.
We are seeking someone to fill roles working across Tuesday to Saturday, reporting to the relevant Property Manager and responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of presentation for our shopping centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- To serve as the primary resource for information and assistance for tenants, customers, the community, and contractors, fostering a positive brand image.
- To follow established processes for managing queries, feedback, and issues, communicating effectively with relevant team members and documenting weekend activities in the Weekend Report.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, and the community, identifying opportunities to enhance their experiences and drive loyalty.
- To ensure the property is presented at the Hawaiian standard at all times, highlighting areas for improvement or repair to relevant team members and following up on necessary actions.
- To adhere to WHS policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
- To collaborate with the Marketing and PR teams to deliver effective marketing messages and campaigns, enhancing the overall shopping centre experience.
