Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Sales
  • Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
  • Coach the team in building long-term relationships with customers and understanding their needs and priorities
  • Deal with customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally

Store Operations:

  • Monitor and analyse product performance to maximise sales opportunities
  • Evaluate stock levels regularly and place orders promptly to secure product availability
  • Manage staff rosters, absences, and holidays to ensure effective resource allocation

People Management:

  • Lead the team to achieve store targets by communicating sales and service targets and results
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the store team
  • Maintain Leica brand values, dress code, and company standards

Brand Ambassador:

  • Act as a role model for the team and others across the company
  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent the brand and network with guests at store events and activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in premium or luxury retail
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets and driving sales growth
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
