Systems Installation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Onsite Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries regarding equipment operation and malfunctions, as well as advising customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and qualifications include proven experience in systems installation and decommissioning at an advanced level, strong understanding of information security protocols and practices, hands-on expertise in network support and IT operations, proficiency in application support across various business platforms, skilled in incident resolution and service desk operations, and familiarity with change management procedures and ITIL principles.
