About The Job

Roy Hill is seeking a skilled Coordinator Electrical to join their Port Maintenance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 14/14 Days and Nights roster, based at Port Hedland.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly draft schedules, monitor and report on schedule metrics, and manage week-end closeouts
  • Oversee work management processes, approve and ensure quality of notifications and work orders, and distribute daily work assignments
  • Develop and implement best practices, provide coaching when required, and ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Identify and action improvements to the Work Management System, and update Preventive Maintenance Instructions (PMI)
  • Manage accurate time confirmations, Master Data Management (MDM) and parts inventory, and conduct audits of completed works
Requirements
  • Completed Electrical trade apprenticeship & HV Switching Certificate
  • Strong understanding of, and experience working within, a Port Operations environment
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Knowledge of the Mines Safety & Inspection Act and Regulation
  • Experience in planning and scheduling of work and resources
