Position Overview

We seek a driven graduate with a meticulous attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and develop within Bosch Rexroth. In this position, you will assist the National Supply Chain Manager with various aspects of inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, and MRP calculations. You will also be responsible for generating essential reports for the Purchasing and Logistics departments while providing support to other business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in supplier management, including development and negotiation.
  • Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements through your contributions.
  • Support commercial supply chain agreements, including supplier and customer contracts, NDAs, and terms and conditions.
  • Procure goods and services to support Production, Service, and Engineering departments.
  • Gather and evaluate quotes in accordance with the Company's approved supplier list.
  • Expedite deliveries to meet manufacturing, service, and customer deadlines.
  • Maintain data accuracy in purchasing information records and pricing, ensuring updates and validation in SAP.
  • Participate in meetings with Sales and Service teams to review detailed forecasts for key customers.
  • Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports in SAP for KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate detective control reports for the Purchasing and Logistics departments on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, demand planning, or Purchasing.
  • Experience with SAP is highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access.
  • Ability to liaise with all departmental stakeholders and facilitate process improvements.
