About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Store and manage inventory in accordance with standard procedures
- Operate a forklift and other non-specialised equipment to load, unload, move, stack and stage goods and materials
- Prepare freight with all necessary documentation for handover and delivery
- Assist in physical inventories and regular stock rotation
- Maintain accurate records of inventory control and reconcile regular reports on stock movement and dispatches
- Respond to customer requests related to product/freight delivery, availability and location
- Perform stocktake and check-in/check-out counts, cycle counts
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Current forklift (LF) licence and experience in warehouse operations
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
- Good time management and communication skills; basic computer literacy
