Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and expectations.
  • Conduct thorough tree inspections and surveys, applying in-depth knowledge of tree biology and council regulations to inform recommendations and decisions.
  • Select and design landscape schemes, incorporating plants and herbicide treatments as required.
  • Assist colleagues and customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, embodying Arborcraft's values and brand image.
  • Liaise closely with management to stay informed on important issues and drive business growth through collaborative efforts.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to relevant regulations and health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at an operational level in the arboriculture industry, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Demonstrated expertise in plant maintenance and usage in arboricultural practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships with customers and stakeholders.
