Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd. This role will be based in a residential care setting and will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide leadership and coordination of clinical services within the residential care setting;
  • To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of residents;
  • To ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards;
  • To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care services;
  • To communicate effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Health Science - Nursing or equivalent;
  • Recognised diploma or certificate relating to the aged care sector;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector with a successful and proven track record;
  • Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience;
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA - No restrictions;
  • High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing with excellent presentation skills;
  • Understanding of and ability to manage human resource issues with effective negotiation skills;
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs such as Word, Excel, etc. and to learn new skills as required;
  • COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt;
  • Influenza vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt.
