About the Role
The Certified Practicing Valuer role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for residential, commercial, industrial, and retail properties. This role requires excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends and conditions to provide accurate valuation reports.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in valuation services.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced valuation professional with a CPV qualification, strong valuation skills, and exceptional communication and business development skills. You will have a commitment to professional development and possess:
- A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
- CPV status combined with residential and commercial valuation experience.
- Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
