About the Role

The Certified Practicing Valuer position is based in Geraldton, WA, and involves providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for residential, commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Effective communication skills are essential for ensuring smooth outcomes for clients and managing business opportunities while achieving personal annual budgets.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional with a CPV qualification, appropriate valuation skills, and exceptional communication and business development skills. You should have a commitment to professional development, including:

• A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
• CPV status combined with residential (and/or commercial) valuation experience.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.
