About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded national law firm as a corporate law assistant. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-level support to a highly respected partner, working on complex and interesting corporate advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document management, including dictation, drafting, and amending of complex documents
- Collation and preparation of large contracts, agreements, and documents
- Diary management, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- File and database management, including hard copy and electronic files
- Time sheet entry and client billing
Requirements:
- 12 months + experience as a legal secretary
- Strong technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, together with a proactive and flexible approach to your work ethic
