Life Enrichment Coordinator Opportunity

At our vibrant community, we are seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to facilitate and support residents in pursuing their hobbies and interests. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with residents, understanding their preferences and needs, and developing personalized plans to promote social and recreational activities. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and friends to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters connection and belonging.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Meet with residents to discuss their interests and goals
  • Develop and implement customized activity plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and progress
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • IT literacy and basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
